Societies & Visitors are very welcome at Royal Ascot Golf Club and we can promise you a challenging game of golf and good hospitality at the 19th hole.

After completing your round our Clubhouse bars offer a wide range of beers, wines and spirits and non-alcoholic drinks to suit everyone. You can also enjoy the excellent food on offer from our daily menu and our catering staff will be available to help you choose a specific selection for your society day.

Our dress code is that identified as smart casual i.e. no jeans, t-shirts or trainers. Gentlemen are expected to have their shirts tucked in. Click here to download information on our dress code.

All Visitors are required to phone into the Pro Shop (01344 624656) to check availability and when arriving show a valid handicap certificate before playing at Royal Ascot. If you are in any doubt please discuss this with our Professional at the time of making your booking.

Visitors are Welcome to use our Pro Shop

If you are looking for advice on new golfing equipment or would like a swing check or if you are just a beginner – your first lessons, then why not visit Alistair or Jamie in our Pro Shop. Just come down to the Club or call them on 01344 624656 to discuss your requirements.

Society & Company Golf Day Packages 2012

Here’s a sample of our more popular golf day packages, however, most of our days are booked to the Organisers bespoke requirements.

Bonus Offer: 1 Golfer free for every 21 participating and paying a full Society Fee, but excludes any special offers made outside the package prices shown below. RAGC Members do not count in the Bonus Offer numbers.

For Societies we generally cater for groups up to 40, however with special arrangements we can accommodate groups up to 80. You are welcome to use our practice facilities and our Pro Shop carries a wide range of equipment and clothing.
