From small team meetings over a coffee, to conferences, networking events and Christmas parties, we provide the ideal setting to meet your business needs. We can accommodate up to 10 delegates in our meeting room and 110 delegates in our Lounge Suite, with Wi-Fi available in both locations.

Located just over a mile from Ascot railway station and with ample free parking on-site, Royal Ascot Golf Club has excellent travel links plus a choice of local hotels to suit a range of budgets.

Our experienced hospitality team are on hand to ensure every aspect of your corporate event runs smoothly, whether it's a team-building round of golf followed by a team meeting, or a larger evening function.

CHRISTMAS PARTIES

Ascot Golf Club is the perfect venue for corporate festivities this Christmas! Whether you’re wanting to rock around the Christmas tree, or just simply relax and enjoy a Christmas lunch as a thank you to your employees, we can accommodate all of your needs and provide an excellent end to the year!

Team Meetings

Prices start from just £150 for meeting room hire for up to 10 delegates. We will include a flipchart with pens and paper, a projector screen and iced water. We can provide additional refreshments to suit, whether that's just simply some teas and coffees or a light lunch.

Conferences

Our Lounge Bar is the ideal place to hold a business conference, with views overlooking the green which is bound to get creative minds flowing, and space for up to 110 delegates seated. We will work with you to plan an event that will suit your requirements, with a range of catering options available.

Corporate Golf Days & Networking Events

Treat your valued clients, bring your colleagues together or organise a networking event at Ascot Golf Club. Corporate golf days provide a valuable opportunity to make connections, build networks and do business, whilst enjoying some time out on the green. Finish your round of golf with refreshments in our members bar area or meeting room, or discuss private hire options with us for larger groups.
