From elegant lunches to evening celebrations with all your friends and family, Royal Ascot Golf Club is the ideal venue for your private event to celebrate in style. Our Lounge Suite has a capacity of up to 110 (80 with dancefloor) with the potential to host up to 140 people on certain occasions. The Suite can be configured to create a welcoming venue.

Our catering team are happy to work with you to create a bespoke menu specifically for your occasion and you will have designated bar staff throughout your event for alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
